Grant Residence
This residence, located on a glorious site
that includes a large hundred-year old vineyard, went
from ordinary to splendid. Lance closed off the existing three
garages and put them on the other side of the wing so they
didn't dominate the front entryway. He opened up the living
room and brought lots of light into it, giving a more expansive
feeling to the house. Carrera marble and a fireplace are some
of the new, rich details.

Pine Forest Residence
This home underwent a miraculous transformation!
The owner loved to hunt and fish and longed for the mountains.
Lance transformed this boxy house predominated by a two car
garage into a national parks cabin style home and incorporated
the feeling of the pine woods surrounding the space. The owner
feels much more "at home"!

Shimm Residence
This building had no discerable entrance
and a dated, commercial look. The clients missed the pergolas
and the style of their native Sicily so Lance added a pergola,
an entryway, and a water tower on the front to connect the
two halfs of the house more beautifully.

Freitas Residence
This residence went from a single story,
flat roof "alliance" home to the pitched roof,
two-story home with a garage and studio you see here. The
roof, the walls, almost everything was reworked to be more
aethetically pleasing and of higher quality materials. The
owners wanted a design they could build in phases as their
budget allowed, starting with the remodeling of the main house
then adding the garage and finally the studio.

Sonoma County Residence
This residence was in need of a remodel that
brought it back to its original glory. Lance researched
the homes of this structure's era and realized what this house
was meant to be and could be.
